Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will ensure that customers are served courteously and efficiently This would include
• Handling all inquiries and requests for services
• Providing information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter
• Managing the registration of customers, reservation of appointments, and other service requests
• Coordination of patients at the OPD
• Receiving and directing patients and other visitors to respective departments and paramedical services

Requirements

• The successful candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Business Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and public relations, preferably in hotel/ hospital/ or any other service industry
• Competencies in MS Office related packages, good verbal and written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills are essential
