Responsibilities
Client Support
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Troubleshooting application issues reported by clients.
- Responding to client queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Carry out client product training
- Positive client account management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keeping a track of customer compliments and complaints.
- User Acceptance Testing.
Data preparation
- racking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services.
Requirements
- A Great Communicator and Proficiency in English is a must.
- A University degree (IT or related) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of -year practical experience preferably handling clients.
- Sound Knowledge of MS SQL server SQL – Scripting and database structures will be an added advantage.
- A flexible approach to working under pressure and making sure certain tasks are done is of paramount importance.
