Senior / Travel Consultants

Job Summary

In every interaction with a BCD Travel client, provide exceptional service which exceeds client expectations and effectively manage and control all facets of domestic and international travel arrangements, as per the client policy of BCD Travel directive. This is an offshore operation for BCD Travel Global. We expect the consultants to have experience in handling corporate clients, and VIP clients and working in an offshore environment.

Qualifications I Knowledge I Experience

• At least 2 years of both domestic & international consulting experience.
• Corporate travel industry, meetings, and incentives or general travel industry background
• Excellent knowledge of fares, airline contracts, rules, and regulations.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Travel GDS (Sabre) knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptive selling – adapt communications to a person or situation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
