Responsibilities

  • Client handling with respect to their NGO, Trademarks, Secretary Changes and Company Closures
  • Handle documentation with respect to NGO and Trademark registrations
  • Draft legal resolutions and letters according to the personalized requirements of clients
  • Draft resolutions with respect to the changes of the Companies

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a Legal Communication Assistant will be a definite advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal
  • Communication in English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to draft and communicate viably through email
  • Computer Literate (familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word applications)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Candidates living in and around Colombo are preferred
