Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Elicit requirements and perform requirements analysis
- Documenting and facilitating information for internal and external stakeholders
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Working closely with clients, development teams, and managerial staff
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a BA in the IT sector
- A Degree or relevant professional qualification
- Ability to grasp technical aspects effectively
- Excellent communication & writing skills in English
- Ability to work independently meeting tight deadlines
- Can do attitude with a positive mindset and hunger to learn and grow
