As Front Office Manager, we rely on you to

  • Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
  • Lead the team to maintain a high standard of service
  • Prepare reports including but not limited to room occupancy and revenue data
  • Solicit guest feedback in order to enhance the hotel’s performance
  • Create an exceptional experience for all hotel guests

We are looking for someone who

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
  • Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
  • Enjoys coming up with best-fit solutions
  • Is a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader
  • Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
  • Has no fear of challenges
