EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst

H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, Canada & Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an EDI Analyst to join our team. This position involves monitoring and maintaining EDI transactions, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing systems for seamless data exchange. It includes setting up integrations, managing special projects, supporting software upgrades, and collaborating with business and IT teams.

The Job:

• Monitor and maintain EDI transactions, troubleshoot failures and errors
• Work with trading partners to set up connectivity and activate integrations
• Analyze test data and coordinate with business and IT teams for seamless EDI operations
• Optimize EDI systems to support business needs and ensure smooth data exchange
• Manage special projects related to new partners, transactions, and software upgrades
• Support EDI software upgrades and patch applications
• Participate in user groups and committees for continuous learning
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of EDI experience with deep process knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with EDI tools (such as Blue Cherry EDI, Sterling B2B, Cleo, or Gentran)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and business applications
• Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills
• Strong customer service attitude and work ethic
