Requirements & job Role

KG Group of Companies is looking for a young dynamic female legal officer to work in our legal department and take ownership of the filing and documentation relating mostly to our Real estate properties. The job would involve a lot of admin work initially to ensure a proper filing system is in place.
As the Group is Looking to automate all functions all files should also be linked electronically and organized neatly in folders. Thus it is important this person has good computer skills. The job may also entail drafting agreements & also travelling to various government offices to ensure we have all the required documents relating to our real estate properties. The company is also involved in high-profile litigation and may involve work with some of Sri Lanka’s leading President’s counsel. So it is important that this person can converse proficiently in English as well
