Assistant Compliance Manager

Our client is one of the leading Insurance companies which is located in Colombo.
QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Passed finalist CA /CMA or ACCA.
• Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CCEP) will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Experience in handling compliance matters in [insert industry, e.g., financial services, manufacturing, etc.].
• High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance tools or systems.
