Intern – HRBP (Sales)

YOU WILL,

• Assist in day-to-day HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities specific to the sales function.
• Coordinate Sales Force Development (SFD) training interventions, liaise with training suppliers, manage participant nominations and scheduling, collect and analyze feedback and training effectiveness surveys.
• Support talent acquisition for sales roles, source and screen candidates, schedule, and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, organize and support sales force engagement initiatives and activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR data related to the sales team, hiring metrics, attrition trends, employee engagement results etc.
  

ARE YOU?

• A fresh graduate/ an undergraduate in bachelor’s degree in business management, HR.
• Independent and works with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and other MS applications.
• A good team player & communicator.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Willing to travel outstation for training and HR field visits.
