Jr. Personnel Officer (Crewing)

Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry. We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the post of Jr. Personnel OMcer (Crewing) where he/she will be directly coordinating closely with foreign clients in order to help Sri Lankan seafarers find employment opportunities.

Role

• Engaging in seafarer recruitment, related coordination, and documentation.
• Engaging in the processing of visas, medicals, immigration approvals, flight tickets, and necessary approvals etc.
• Attending to correspondences from International Principals and Official Maritime Bodies.
• Managing key clients and their crew pools.
• Monitoring employment trends, building relationships, and ensuring retention of the crew.
• Maintaining Departmental records.

Profile

• Age between 25 — 35 years
• Degree in Business Management or HR attained from a reputed University/ Institute
• Proficient in the English language (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
• Must be resourceful and self-motivated
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments
• Must be able to work independently and be committed to customer satisfaction
• Experience in the travel, logistics and foreign employment recruitment field will be an added advantage
