Assistant Manager – HR

Candidate Profile
- A degree in HRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized university / Institute
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR
- Age below 30 years
- Good and clear communication with Interpersonal skills and Hgh level of computer literacy
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to work both independently as well as in a team atmosphere
- Preference will be given to candidates residing around Kandy
Key Responsibilities
- Managing company staff, including interviews and exit interviews, tests, and select employees to fill the vacant positions
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements and handling the payroll system
- Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
- Assisting with the performance and review process
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices across all HR functions in the organization
- Thorough knowledge of Sri Lanka labor regulations and EPF/ETF registrations.
