Manager – Digital and Fintech Application Support
Job Summary:
Manage FinTech and Digital Application Support operations by optimizing resources, setting strategic goals, and ensuring high service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the FinTech& Digital Application Support team, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies for digitization, automation, and collaboration with FinTech companies to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and upskill the team while providing periodic reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 8 years of experience in application support management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in e-commerce or FinTech as an added advantage.

- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
