Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Information Officer to lead our digital transformation journey. The CIO will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies that align with business objectives, optimizing technological infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity, and driving innovation to gain a competitive advantage in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as loT, Al, and automation to improve manufacturing processes.
• Optimize ERP and other enterprise systems to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent from a recognized university
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 84 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive change and foster innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
