Ideal candidate should be

A Degree from a recognized university in the field of Software Engineering! IT
2+ Hands on Industrial Experience as a QA Engineer
Ability to develop and maintain complex automation frameworks such as Playwrite, Selenium etc.
Ability to Create Test Methodologies.
Familiarity with performance test tools such as jmeter and Loadrunner
