Job Description

• Oversee the full HR spectrum including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and lead employee engagement initiatives fo foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and resolve employee grievances.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies fo support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  Qualifications Requirement
• Post Graduate diploma or degree in Human Resources Man-agement or related Held.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage mulfiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
