Senior QA Engineer

We are hiring for the post of Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to work in VizuaMatix’s global technical team directly attached to one of our partner organizations. Our partner is a leading provider of optimization solutions that enable operators to improve RAN spectral efficiency, boost network speed, optimize video and web traffic, and generate over-the-top revenues from the mobile Internet. With offices in North America, Europe, Israel, Latin America, and Asia, it serves over
500 million subscribers daily and is proud to count among its customer’s top-tier mobile carriers including Orange, SKT, TIM, T-Mobile, Telefonica, Vodafone, and many other leading carriers.

Responsibilities

• leading manual feature testing, from planning stages through the execution, results in reporting and analysis while taking into consideration a variety of components in a complex environment
• The QA Engineer is working closely with the development team, system architects, and product team

Previous Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in manual QA testing
• Experience in server-based products like a proxy, DPI, etc
• Experienced at working at large scale labs environments

Education

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent Professional Knowledge Must
• Strong knowledge in Linux/Unix OS
• Vast Knowledge in Networking (L2/3/4 devices)
• Good Knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols
• Experienced in various QA Methodologies (include documentation writing)

Advantages

• Scripting abilities (shell, TCL, etc.)
• Experience in the Network Telecom industry
• Knowledge of industrial hardware: servers, blades, switches, routers
• Working with automation tools (Selenium, etc)

• Leadership experience – advantage

Languages

• Fluent English, especially in writing
