Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Customer Experience and Customer Interaction skills
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work for US hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM SL Time)
