Key Duties and Responsibilities
*Operate and manage a café and ensure quality service and guest satisfaction
*Prepare and serve variety of coffees, drinks etc.
*Generate revenues by attracting new customers, and defining new and expanded services and products
*Tracking restaurant stocks and products
*Handling cashier work and customers
*Comply with health and safety regulations
Requirements
*Age below 45
*More than 2 years experience in the industry
*A diploma in hotel management or a course in barista training will be an added advantage
*Good communication skills both in Sinhala and English
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
