Accounts Assistant

A Boutique Architectural & Interior Design Studio in Nugegoda is hunting for a Young Accounts Assistant to join our team!

JOB SCOPE

1. Maintaining Petty cash book
2. Updating and maintaining Accounting System with payment & receipt
3. Assist with day to day operations of the Accounting Department
4. Debtor Management
5. Preparation of bank reconciliation
6. Coordinate audit work
7. Handling supplier invoices on a daily basis, ensuring matching to purchase orders and delivery notes & Reconciliation of supplier statements

The right candidate should have following Requirements:

• AAT or Part Qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
• With at least years of accounting experience
• Audit experience is added advantage
• Sound PR skills with the ability to work under minimum supervision
• Computer Literacy (MS Office Package & e-mail)
• Pleasing personality with positive attitude
• Age below 25 years
• Minimum 12 Months work commitment is essential

**Remuneration Package Rs 20,000 – 26,000 ( Based on Evaluation of Previous work Experience & Skills)
