Call Center Executive (Vavuniya Branch)

Basic Salary+Attendance bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 75,000. (Incentives pegged to USD)

Qualifications:

• Age between 18-35 years
• Good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi
• “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage

*Working hours 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound calls
• Handling customer queries & customer support
• Build sustainable relationships & engage customers
• Meet Personal/Team qualitative & quantitative targets
