Assistant Manager HR Operations-Biyagama

Responsibilities :

• Conduct performance appraisals of officers and below category employees using SAP SF system.
• Identify non performances and make suitable actions to improve performances.
• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate and keep records of training and learning.
• Design and implement employee relations management programs in relation to conflict resolution, grievance handling, workplace harassment, staff wellbeing, improved employee supervisor relationship and creating discipline.
• Ensuring the implementation stamp; adherence of relevant HR policies & standards within the company.
  

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge in labor laws and regulations and health Samp; safety standards.
• Possess at least 5 years work experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing organization, exposure to rubber manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Be an excellent team player.
