Team Leader (Night Shift)
We, Intelligent Image Management Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. as a BOI approved, leading BPO Company in the country and an affiliate of Intelligent Image Management Incorporated in the USA, are in search for suitable candidates for the following vacancy:
- Fluency in the English language is a MUST
- 1-2 Years experience in BPO / similar industry, preferably in a Team Leader /Supervisor role
- Team player with good communication skills
- Should have a sound knowledge in using MS office package
- Should have good typing skills
- Ability to absorb pressure and think through difficult situations
- Willingness to work during local holidays. (Mercantile Holidays, Poya days, etc.)
- Eager to take up challenges and be result-oriented
- Should have strong analytical skills
