EXECUTIVE – FINANCE & ADMIN
Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly and annual budget forecasts.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Documentation for Audit / Tax on IRD RAMIS system.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Payroll Management.
- Handle EPF/ETF.
- Provide administrative support in record maintenance, purchases, attendance system, etc.
Requirements: - A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related professional Qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Knowledge in Auditing and Taxation.
