Our product range includes internationally accepted shutter boards, melamine boards, and other products, which are mainly exported to many international markets. Merbok MDF Lanka Pvt Ltd has an opportunity for a dynamic and result-oriented individual for the above position at our factory in the Horana BOI Zone.

Requirements:

• Should have a degree/equivalent professional qualification in HR management from a recognized university/institution
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience at the management level in a factory environment
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels
• Good communication skills
• Age between 35-45 years
• Retired service personal are encouraged to apply
• Those living around Horana are preferred
