Senior Executive – Recruitment

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Corporate & Campus Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Market Strategies to attract job seekers
  • Work with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Manager, Business Leaders & HR
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
  • Regular follow-up with respective Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Develop and implement a search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches
  • Develop and executive a personal time management plan
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence by ensuring on-time SLA delivery, risk forecasting, capacity planning, and effective resolution of customer queries
  • Learning and adherence to Business Excellence methodology, preparation of all Business Excellence documents, and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner to ensure stable process
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, updating documents in a timely manner, and ensuring adherence to defined process
  • Ensuring client data protection and adherence to audits
  • Completion of all mandatory and assigned learning and development training programs
  • Compliance with mid-year and annual performance evaluation
  • Capacity planning and attrition management to ensure service delivery
  • Preparation of reports based on internal/client requirements
  • Responsible for and participating in process improvement, value creation, and automation projects

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of staffing/ recruitment experience
  • Experience in the BPO industry and apparel sector would be an added advantage 

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in General HR functions is preferred
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office & in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
  • A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
