Associate Software QA Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA artifacts for web-based products
• Test execution (functional and non-functional) for web-based products
• Collaborate with VitalHub team members to accomplish the QA tasks on- time with a maximum level of quality
• Work as a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep our process up to date

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• 6+ months of industry experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Solid practical understanding of Agile Software Quality Assurance and Software Engineering concepts
• Sound knowledge of SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the applications and their environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in Test Automation/ API Testing will be an added advantage.
