Human Resource Assistant

Telesonic Lanka is one of the leading Air Conditioning and Refrigeration solution providers, powered by global brands such as Midea, Toshiba, and Carrier. We are involving in the importation & distribution of Air conditioners and currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate for our HR team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly staff payroll and handling EPF, ETF payments.
• Compile and update personnel records and maintain personnel files.
• Engage in recruitment-related tasks
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in overall day-to-day HR activities of the organization.

Requirements

• Full or part qualification in human resource management.
• Minimum two years prior experience as an HR Assistant, Trainee or Intern.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Package.
• Methodical, organize, and Result Oriented.
• Strong communication skills in English.
