Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Ensure outstanding customer care every time
• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
• Organize and maintain files and records & update when necessary
• Process customer complaints patiently
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed

Qualifications

• Possess 1 -2 years of restaurant & hospitality experience
• Excellent telephone etiquettes
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Computer literacy is a must
• Great organizational & Multitasking abilities
