Chef – Bolgoda

We are looking for a dynamic results-oriented Chef with good PR skills and outgoing personality for our luxury boutique resorts/villas to delight our guests beyond their expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the guests.
• Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.
• Able to prepare food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations.
• Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
• Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.
• Checks supplies and prep lists and ensures all items are prepped in a timely fashion.
• Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
• Competence to handle other responsibilities and the overall operation of the villa.
Prerequisites:
• Minimum of five years of culinary experience as a Chef
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.
