Position Description

  • Identify & access administration & customer needs
  • Documentation handling & managing high volume application
  • Managing records of administrative & customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies

Position Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (both English & Sinhala)
  • MS Office package (specially excel)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role (the same field would be an added advantage)
  • Administration skills, customer orientation & adapt/respond to different characters
