BRANCH MANAGER (GALLE)
The ideal Candidate should
• Will be responsible for the overall performance (lending/fixed deposits) of the assigned branch
• Ensure all the operations of the assigned branch run smoothly and efficiently, according to the company’s code of conduct, processes and procedures
• Should display maturity, overall administrative skills and maintain sound relationships with all business partners and other internal and external parties
• Should posses a thorough know-how in carrying out credit appraisals/ evaluations, Deposit Mobilization, Pawning etc.
Qualifications & Experiences
• Minimum of 05 years banking/financial experience out of which 02 years as Assistant Manager level handling and overlooking branch operations and/or previous experience in supervisory/team leader level in a licensed and reputed financial institution / bank
• An outstanding personality with the ability to work long hours and be able to lead and motivate a young and energetic team of employees to achieve the branch overall goals and objectives
• Preference will be given to individuals who can converse fluently in English, Sihala/ Tamil based on the demographics
• Full part qualification in Banking and/ or Marketing /Credit from a recognized institution
• High literacy in MS office packages
