• Handling existing Customer business.
• Building strong relationships between the customers with a good understanding.
• Regularly updating the customers about the latest status of the shipments.
• Ideal candidates should possess.
• Minimum One Year Experience in Customer Service.
• Education background related to the Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
• Should have knowledge of computer Literacy.
• Good personal communication skills.
• Age should be below 24 Years.
