We are a leading Branded Tea Marketing company in Sri Lanka. We sell and Market our own Brands QUALITEA & SHERETEA in over 40 countries. This we have done for over 25 years successfully. 

We need successful Marketing professionals, to join our Team to increase our Market share in existing markets and enter into new countries. 

The Candidates should:

• Have a perfect command of written and spoken English at the highest level. For this, a Good secondary education in English is a must.
• Be below 40 years in age.
• Be Dynamic, Go Getters, who don’t take ‘No’ for an answer and will go, many extra miles to achieve our Dreams and theirs!
• Be creative, innovative and have natural marketing skills to carry out promotions in all overseas markets at Wholesale, Retail and Consumer levels successfully. They have to follow up regularly with our Distributors and monitor progress and stocks in the markets and implement new decisions on time. Preference will be given to those who have performed this task before.
• Be well organized, disciplined person who set difficult but achievable tasks themselves and complete tasks on time as required in a highly competitive business environment.
• Ideally have 5 years of experience marketing successfully in the FMCG sector internationally.
