Discovery International Pvt Ltd. is a leading company in designing & manufacturing Indoor & Outdoor Cushion Products and Sun & Rain control Systems in Sri Lanka. We are looking for an honest, dynamic & confident individual to strengthen our production team at our Polgasowita factory.

Post of Production Manager Male

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Degree / Diploma / NDT Qualifications in Garment Industry.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in an apparel manufacturing environment.

• Age between 30 to 40 years.

• A good team player & leader with high level motivation, integrity & honesty.

• Computer Literate with working knowledge of MS office packages is compulsory.

• Must have knowledge of various sewing machines & sample making.

• Knowledge & skill in handling the production process (Cutting, Stitching, Packing and Pattern Making is an added advantage).

Remuneration Package:
• Salary + Benefits negotiable based on experience.

Preference will be given to candidates living close to our factory in Polgasowita.
