Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interact with product owners and stakeholders to communicate, Gather, Analyze and Document the business requirements
• Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the Product Backlog through business value matrix, alignment with a business roadmap, and available resource
• Need to create wireframe, mockup, diagrams, flowcharts, and documents, provide direction to the development team and other stakeholders
• Add value to the product by analyzing market, competitor on a regular basis
• Manage requirements and handle changes in a controlled manner
• Conduct UATs

Skills and Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree with at least 2 – 5 years as a Business Analyst
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & customer support skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in the following will be an added advantage
• Experience in Taxi, e-commerce, or FinTech domain
• Experience mobile APP and product development
• Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience in designing
• Knowledge of Basic programming, SQL, GIS
