Senior Software Engineer – Angular

Our client develops, implements, and supports its world-leading integrated suite of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business intelligence (B’) solutions to enable enterprises to plan, execute and drive their business from strategy to reality. Established in Australia in 1996, has grown significantly to become an international company with clients and offices located in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and the United Kingdom.

You will be part of a growing team of developers based in Colombo and Sydney. We’ll be growing our existing suite of internal and consumer products, as well as working on some major new areas that will significantly expand our business, within Australia and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis,
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update refactor and débug code.
• Improve existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Competencies:

• Degree from a recognized university preferably a degree in Computer Science/Engineering IT
• Sound knowledge in web-related development, architecture/design patterns.
• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience of .NET Framework 4.0+. Angular 4-8, Typescript C#. ASP. Net Core 2+
• Experience of WebForms. ASP-NEL MVC 4.0+ would be an added advantage.
• Experience in web services, Web API, and more.
• Experience in database technologies: MS SOL 2008+, ADO-NET, and more.
• Advanced front-end skills – HTML CSS3, JavaScriptjOuery, AJA, HTML 5. JSON and more.
• Tools knowledge of Visual studio 2012+, SOL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code, Fiddler, TFS, NUnit
• Experience in kendo controls, AM charts would be an added advantage.
• Possessing good interpersonal, analytical, and programming skills.
