Client Service Executive

What you will do?

• Create proposals and estimations for the clients
• Work closely with the creative team to gather information and pitch them to the client
• Interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision Of exceptional after-sales service.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Arrange online/offline meetings with the clients

What you will need

• Fluent in English
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM
• Proven experience working as a client servicing executive will be an added advantage
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
