Demi Chefs De Parties (Pastry & Bakery) – Saudi Arabia

One of our clients in Saudi Arabia who is a leading “Fine Dining and Fast Food Restaurant Chain” is looking for experienced “Demi Chefs De Parties” to join them immediately.

Salary: SAR 2200 + 300 (Avg Rs 127,300)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
• Preparation and cooking of food.
• Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
• Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
• Providing customer service to staff and customers.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of kitchen experience within hospitality, ideally in a fine-dining operation.
• Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene.
• A diploma in cooker from recognized International Hotel School will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively.
• The ability to meet hygiene standards.
• Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
