Designation: Service Manager
We are one of the largest company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama area. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, team player with good communication skills to handling customer base & labors.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 05 year experience of handling automobile workshops with knowledge machineries and vehicle in a similar capacity

• Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop

• Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills.

• Monitor technicians’ daily productivity

• Facilitate or conduct technical training

• Manage employees when required

• Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets.

• Implement brand and trade cycle activities to achieve company objectives

• Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions

• Excellent in both English & Sinhala

• Sound knowledge of MS Office Package

• Age 30 —45
