Trainee RPA Process Assistant

The primary responsibility of a Trainee RPA Process Assistant is to assist the RPA automation team by supporting the execution and monitoring of the automated solutions post-implementation. When a warning pops up, the Trainee RPA Process Assistant is the first to react and decides if and how
to escalate the problem. The individual should be able to analyze the issue and escalate to the relevant stakeholders with a possible solution.

Job Role:

• Support post-production automation processes and monitor RPA environments
• Daily managing of production environment (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs, etc.)
• Provide Level 1 support to the Digital workforce
• Collect and analyses System and Business Exceptions of automation in Production
• Work closely with the automation delivery teams to drive successful automation in an agile environment
• Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance
• Have key involvement in the Operational Contingency Plan

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Continuing Further or Higher education/professional qualification in Information Technology
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently to take initiative with minimal supervision
• Continuous learning and would like to become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
• Fluent in English language, writing, and verbal. and mention the position applied for in the subject line
