Job Requirements

• Should be Male candidates
• Age below 37
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in the field of Human Resources
• Development in the Manufacturing sector
• Experience in the leading Manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills
• Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently
• Should have Excellent communication skills (both written & oral) in
• Sinhala & English are essential
• Salary-80,000/- 100,000/- (Negotiable)

Qualification

• HR Professional qualification from recognized university or IPM
• Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or similar field
