Duties and Responsibilities
- Organising meetings and handling the calendars of the CEO, COO and DoD
- Coordinate activities (both internal and external) among the Australian, UK and Sri Lankan teams
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Ensuring that client-facing activities and tasks are communicated accordingly between the team and client
- Conduct various administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the company
