Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organising meetings and handling the calendars of the CEO, COO and DoD
  • Coordinate activities (both internal and external) among the Australian, UK and Sri Lankan teams
  • Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Ensuring that client-facing activities and tasks are communicated accordingly between the team and client
  • Conduct various administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the company
