HR Manager
Location – Colombo, Sri Lanka

Job Profile
Reporting to the Executive Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing key HR policies and procedures, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IYAP’s work, values, and culture, and will have experience in managing a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Major Responsibilities
• Oversee the HR department

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage employee benefits programs

• Conduct training and development programs

• Handle employee relations issues

• Participate in strategic planning activities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field

• Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)

• At least 5 years of experience in HR management

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

• Knowledge of HR best practices

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes

• Knowledge of employee benefits programs
