We are a well-established BOI approved Apparel Company located in Gothatuwa IDH. We are looking for a service of highly motivated, result oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities
– Responsible for Attendance / Payroll

– Assist with day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties

– Work under less supervision, self-motivated and flexible towards working hours

– General HR Function such as Recruitment, Section personal files maintaining / update employee records

– Handle staff letters including appointment, extension, probation and confirmation letters

– Maintaining staff attendance and leave record

Requirement
– Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and computer knowledge will be preferable

– Fully or partly qualified in HRM

– Knowledge of HR system and salary process
