HR Executive
Coral Property Developers, is a privately-held building construction firm based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. CORAL PROPERTY DEVELOPERS manages, develops and acquires Commercial and Residential Real Estate for its own account, as well as for its other various Limited Liability Partnerships.
This includes Shopping Centers, Office, Development Sites and other investment-grade properties. We established the business in 2003 under Company Act 1982, under the name Coral Construction (Pt)Ltd. We have a 11 year business history in the construction field. During this period, we successfully
completed large scale construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Prepare the payroll.
- Maintain records, databases& HR payroll System.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Support with other day to day HR related activities.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with staff.
Key Requirements
- Completed or following Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in MS Office would be an added advantage.
- Strong language skill in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
- Able to join immediately.
- Prefer candidates living in/close proximately to Colombo.
