- Engaging with customers in solving their technical and operational service requests
- Troubleshooting on technical and operational issues reported by the customer and resolving them in the stipulated time window
- Taking ownership of technical issues and fixing them independently
- Experience in Windows Server/ Linux/ AIX /Solaris administration
- Experience/Understanding databases concepts: Oracle, Postgres, IBM DB2 on Unix platform
- Knowledge in Application servers such as IIS/WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss and experience in J2EE/.NET/C++ application deployments.
- Being a tech-savvy, fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence to take on customer encounters, finding creative solutions to unique problems in challenging situations in a payments landscape.
