SAP Basis Consultant

In HCL, SAP Basis Consultants go through extensive training both internal and external and have extensive experience in their area of expertise. Some of the key responsibilities of SAP consultant will include:
- SAP Systems Administration
- SAP Security operations (including User Administrations and Authorizations)
- Monitoring the SAP system for health and performance issues.
- Proactively suggest for the adoption of best practices.
- Troubleshooting and investigation of issues and incidents
- System Landscape Configurations and Operations
- Leverage the innovation, tools, and Accelerators from HCL SAP BASIS COE and Operation Center and adopt at customer
- Batch jobs creation, controlling, and all management operations
- All backup operations for the SAP system
- Request and Transport Management Systems
- SAP Kernel Upgrades, SAP Add-Ons / Support Packages, and Implementing SAP OSS Notes
- SAP Database Administration
- Technical Monitoring
- System Copy and Data Refresh
