Group Support Manager

We are an ERP and IT solutions company headquartered in the UK, with a presence in the US, Australia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and China. Along with our partners – IFS, Infor and Acumatica, AWS, Azure, and our team of experts, we help our global customers with their digital transformation journeys.

We are seeking for an exceptional Group Support Manager for Platned Sri Lanka, the main offshore operational hub of Platned Group. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer of Platned Global and will include following responsibilities, but not limited to

Responsibilities
• Overall management of the ERP Application Support operations.

• Maintain and present operational KPIs to the senior management

• Escalations management.

• Lead and guide internal development projects.

• Resource management.

• Manage general administration.

• Manage and coordinate training of decentralized users.

Requirements
• Alignment with our company’s values and culture

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

• 5+ Experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a similar environment

• Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities

• Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.

Other Duties
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
