Hemas Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd is an entity within the Hemas group which provides corporate secretarial support to the group. This position will be under Hemas Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd and will be responsible for assisting in the provision of corporate secretarial function to Hemas Holdings PLC and its subsidiaries in aspects of corporate governance, boardroom practices, statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, Board administrative work and attending to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements in terms of the Companies Act and the Listing rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange.

Ideal Candidate should –

• Possess minimum of 3 — 5 years’ experience as a company secretary.

• Be registered as a company secretary with the Registrar General of Companies.

• Posses Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language.

• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007, attending Board and Board Sub-Committee meetings and preparation of minutes, advising the Board and Management on matters of Corporate Governance and the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange.
